If you’re planning a Lipa wedding — or your family is hosting out-of-town guests for one — you already know the venue is only half the logistics. Someone still has to figure out where the entourage gets ready, where the visiting relatives sleep, and where everyone regroups after the reception. That’s the piece this guide is for.
To be clear upfront: we’re accommodation, not a wedding venue. We don’t host ceremonies or receptions. What we do is give your wedding party and out-of-town guests somewhere private, spacious, and close to Lipa’s churches to actually stay.

Lipa has been called the “Little Rome of the Philippines,” and once you’re looking at the map, it’s easy to see why: three churches inside a quarter hour of each other. Mary Mediatrix of All Grace Parish is under 10 minutes away, Our Lady of Mount Carmel is about 10 minutes, and the Metropolitan Cathedral is around 15 — a genuinely tight radius for coordinating a ceremony, a getting-ready location, and guest lodging without anyone spending the morning in traffic.
What the entourage and guests actually need
A getting-ready space that isn’t a hotel room. A living room and multiple bedrooms mean the bridal party can get ready without being on top of each other, hair and makeup can happen in one space while others finish dressing in another, and there’s room for the inevitable last-minute steaming and pinning.
Enough beds for the people who flew or drove in. Between our two houses, five doors apart, we can sleep up to 24 people — enough for the immediate wedding party plus visiting family, without splitting the group across multiple hotel floors or separate properties across town.
Somewhere to actually decompress afterward. After a full wedding day, guests want to change out of formalwear, sit down, and unwind together — not drive back to a hotel room alone. A house gives the group somewhere to keep the celebration going informally, on their own terms.

Gatherings are welcome, with one simple rule
Small get-togethers and after-parties are permitted at our properties, provided the host is informed ahead of time — just message Melody with your plans so everyone’s on the same page. We’d rather know in advance than have it come up as a surprise.
