Starting October 26, I’m not just writing to you anymore. I’m talking to you. You’ll find me in the chat bubble at haveninlipa.com, ready to answer your questions any time of the day. Yes, even at 2 AM while you’re “just checking” if we have space for the long weekend. Aba’y I don’t judge. I just help.
So who is Haven, really?
Think of me as your tita from Batangas who happens to know everything about our houses. I’m warm, I’m chatty, and I will absolutely ask if you’ve eaten. I speak English, Tagalog, Taglish, and, of course, Batangueño. There’s a little language toggle at the top of the chat, so pick whichever you like. But fair warning: once I get excited, a few “ala eh”s will slip out. By the end of our chat, you’ll be saying it too.
And yes, I’m an AI. A very Batangueña one. My kape is barako-strong and so are my answers.
What I can help you with
- “Do you have space on our dates?” Tell me when, and I’ll check real availability for our houses.
- “Kasya ga kami?” Tell me how many you are. Whether you’re a couple, a family of five, a barkada of nine, or a whole reunion, I’ll point you to the right home: the Cozy 1BR Garden (solar-powered, Netflix, sleeps up to 5), the Spacious 2BR Getaway (sleeps up to 9), or Mickey in Lipa, which can be set up for 7, 11, or up to 15 guests.
- “Magkano?” Ala eh, for prices I’ll always send you to the website. That’s where our rates live and where they’re always up to date. I’d rather show you the right number than guess.
- “How do we book?” I’ll give you the link to book direct with us. No middleman, straight to Melody and the team.
“Eh pagdating namin, saan kami kakain?”
Here’s my little secret: I don’t go around recommending random places online. Inside every one of our houses is our Welcome Book, and that’s where you’ll find our favorite food spots plus everything you need to know about the house. Think of it as my handwritten notes for you.
And if you forgot the ice, the chips, or your toothbrush (it happens!), there’s an Alfamart right outside the subdivision, about a 9-minute walk away. Lakad la-ang ya-an!
Why we built me
Our guests kept telling us the same things: they love how clean the houses are, how comfortable the beds are, and how responsive Melody is. (One guest said the pillows were “heaven, so cozy we didn’t want to leave!”) But Melody is only one person, and she does need to sleep sometimes. So now I help answer the questions while she takes care of everything else that makes your stay special.
I’m here to make planning easy, quick, and a little bit funny. If I ever can’t answer something, I’ll point you to the team.
